SOLAR PERMIT APPLICATION

Permits applications may be picked up at the Harrison Fire Department located at 118 West Industrial Park Road, or you can download an application by clicking on the appropriate file below. Application can be submitted in person or emailed to fireapps@harrisonar.gov

Applications must include a copy of the Contractor’s Master License, Copy of Entergy’s approval letter, and a copy of a stamped set of plans.

NOTICE:

Before calling for an inspection the project must be completed in its entirety; including all required stickers and markings. Upon inspection the job is found to be incomplete and the inspector has to return as a result, additional fees may apply.

When scheduling an inspection, a request must be made to our office within 24 hours of the inspection needing to be done. Any request without a 24 hour notice shall be considered an emergency inspection and may result in additional fees. For project approval, it shall meet AFPC Volume I and II 2021 Code; including roof access, markings, roof load, etc..
