It is ARDOT's policy to have four-ways stops with traffic signals in a flash mode for at least a week or two, so drivers can get used to a signal change at that intersection. So the bridge traffic signals will FLASH RED which means EVERYONE STOPS!

When a big beautiful new bridge opens, the correct car needs to lead the dignitaries across in style. A few people hanging around City Hall had to try it out. Wow! It's beautiful and comfortable. Terry Yeager bought the car in 1993 and it took about five years to put it together. The 1957 Buick Century was purchased in Hot Springs for $2,500.
