History of Main Street Harrison:

Downtown Strategies and The Historic Harrison Business Association (HHBA) chose 10 community members to serve on the Main Street Revitalization Project's Board of Directors. The board reviewed the almost 50-page presentation that Retail Strategies, Inc. presented to the Downtown Solutions Committee, chaired by Mike Nabors. They spent Monday, Aug. 11, 2025 in Little Rock learning about the duties and expectations of a Main Street Board. The board members will need help from lots of volunteers. Funds were raised to hire a part-time Main Street Harrison Director. An office has been secured at the Explore Harrison building. Stop by 200 W. Stephenson and meet Director Lauri Rottmayer.
