We know it's October 1, but Main Street Harrison and the Historic Harrison Business Association don't want your family to miss out on the special events happening on Thursday, Nov. 6, from 5:30 to 7 p.m., which will kick off the Christmas Open House season for downtown.

Harrison Public Schools, FFA, the Kiwanis Club of Harrison, Anstaff Bank, The Chamber, and Harrison Public Schools Foundation hosted a Farmer Fred Day to honor the memory of Fred Woehl, who spent years instructing more than 1,000 students about the importance of agriculture and the family farm.
