The business opened in Sept. 2025 and offers coffee, snacks, and an additional area to sit and play with cats. They partner with the Humane Socity and several cats have already been adopted into good homes in the community. They are located at the corner of Goblin Drive and Capps Road.

You may remember that a week ago, several guns and a pickup truck were stolen from Tennessee, and a tip alerted authorities to their arrival in Harrison. The Harrison Police Department arrested the two young men and retrieved the stolen items. Sheriff Kenny Christopher of Benton County, Tennessee, asked his deputy to hand-deliver this letter of appreciation to Police Chief Chris Graddy upon their arrival in Harrison to retrieve the juveniles and stolen items. "Please extend our thanks to all the officers involved in this successful operation."

Mayor Jerry Jackson had the opportunity to fly on the C-47 that has been at the Harrison Boone County Airport for the past two days. Thank you for being such a blessing to so many people who had connections to the time this plane fought in the War and to the loved ones it carried.

Be a good neighbor. Please mow so the clippings don't go into the street and sewer system. Clippings can be slick for bikes and walkers to maneuver around. Kindness goes a long way!
