The winners of the “Carl Bear Spirit of Christmas” were announced at the City Council meeting on Thursday, Dec. 18.
The first-place winners, Eric and Tonya Sherburne, at 1331 Columbine, received $300.
Second place was awarded to Doug Tooley at 408 Pebble Beach Drive and received $200.
Third place went to the Timothy Cone family at 4506 Hwy. 7 South. Kristle Cone received the $100 check.
