Rose Hill Cemetery Entrance

The Harrison Colony DAR Chapter is proud to announce a significant achievement: the Chapter has earned national recognition by tying for second place in the Daughters of the American Revolution Historic Preservation Contest. This prestigious honor was awarded for the Chapter’s dedicated efforts on the Rose Hill Cemetery project. In addition to this national accolade, the Rose Hill project also secured first place in the Arkansas State Contest, further highlighting the impact of the Chapter's preservation work.

According to the notification letter received, the National Committee will officially honor contest winners at its annual Congress Luncheon in Washington, D.C. on June 25, 2026.
