The annual City-Wide Leaf Pickup will begin November 30 (Monday after Thanksgiving) and will be scheduled by City Ward. Based on which Ward you live in, you’ll need to have your leaves to the curb before the following date to ensure that they will be collected:

Ward 2 – November 30

Ward 3 - December 7

Ward 1 - December 14

Ward 4 – December 21

Leaves should be raked to the curb (not in the street) no later than the day before your Ward begins.

Call 870-741-3434 if you have bagged leaves for pickup (paper bags only; plastic bags are not accepted). The Street Department will pick up bagged leaves on Fridays. You can also drop off bagged leaves at the GFL Recycling & Drop-off Center (1313 Old Bellefonte Road).

Please do not rake or pile leaves in the street or gutter. Leaves should be raked to and piled at the edge your yard but NOT in the street. Also, please do not put limbs or brush in with the leaves.
