Dear Mayor Jackson,

I wanted to share my appreciation and thanks for all you and the City Council have done at Creekside.

I was downtown with my son on a hot Tuesday night. But the temperature wasn’t bothering anyone. I could hardly find a parking place. I was amazed by the number of different activities and the number of people participating. I saw approximately 60 students playing T-ball with many families and friends watching. Probably 30 young adults were playing pickleball, and approximately 100 kids were practicing for the Triathlon. They were busy riding bikes and running.

I have no clue how many people were enjoying Creekside's indoor activities, but the outdoor space was full of families and friends.

It did my heart good to see people enjoying our community. Having activities for families is definitely high on my “quality of life” meter.

Thank you again from a proud citizen of Harrison.

"I am a softball official and come to Harrison to call a few times per year. I just want to say how impressed I am with all the hard working guys at Equity park. The fields are always great, the accommodations are awesome and we truly appreciate all of the hard work everyone puts in. Harrison is by far my most favorite places to call and I wish I could come more. Thanks again!!!"
